Si Se Puede Foundation
Si Se Puede Foundation is a community bridge builder and leader in providing educational opportunities and services that improve the quality of life of under-served populations, founded by Alberto Esparza and managed by our dedicated Board of Directors. We want to maximize the potential of each individual and help them develop into leaders. Our moto is "Enter to learn, depart to serve" as we want every member to leave equipped with the skills they need to better their community.
As a prevention and advocacy organization, we encourage our participants to be stakeholders in their community. Our organization’s three main service components include educational programming, community activities & advocacy, and recreational activities for youth. We focus on school and community risk factors that are barriers to educational achievement including delinquency, gang affiliation, and family/school/community detachment.
Si Se Puede
One of our goals at Si Se Puede Foundation is to provide an opportunity for underserved populations to be exposed to and become more proficient at Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, (STEM). In order to fulfill this goal, we are embarking on a new mission to successfully launch this STEM Center with focus on skills like video production, 3D printing, robotics, and more. We aim to serve students at no cost thanks to the generous donations we receive.
The students that sign up and are accepted into our programs will receive funding provided by sponsors. One of the primary functions of this center is to be the bridge for these underserved populations so they can be an interactive part of the 21st century economy. With access to world-class equipment and mentors, as well as opportunities to learn and compete, we want to help members of our community, especially members of underserved populations, succeed in their STEM endeavors.
