Sustaining Membership

A Sustaining Membership is an unrestricted monthly gift that you can pay in a convenient, ongoing way. Each month, we will charge your credit or debit card or withdrawal from your checking account the amount you specify. Your Sustaining Membership will automatically continue unless you choose to cancel or change it.

SSPF STEM Center

The STEM Center serves primarily for high school students and the community. The center hosts a robotics practice field, a machine shop, a 3D printing center, a computer aided drafting lab, a conference room and classroom. The STEM Center serves many other robotics teams throughout the region

Competitions

The foundation hosts three competitions for the robotics community. A Sea Perch competition, a National Underwater Robotics Challenge (NURC), and a FIRST LEGO League tournament.

Degrees Of Freedom

This team of high school students participate in For Inspiration & Recognition of Science & Technology, FIRST,  robotics where each year they have to design and build a new robot to play a new game.

Desert WAVE

This team of college women participate in the International Robosub Competition against 50 teams from over 12 countries. The underwater robots they design and build are completely autonomous.

Da Geese Of Freedom

This all girls team of beginning robotics students will learn to think like engineers. The team will design, build and code robots to compete in an alliance format against other teams.
